Asian Pork Loin by Beth

Online recipe swap begins! Here's one from Beth, one of my favorite fellow quilters.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 
Ingredients:
2 whole pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs)
1 cup dry white wine
½ T fresh ginger
1.5 T soy sauce
1.5 T sesame oil

Combine all ingredients and marinate the pork.
Remove pork from marinade and discard marinade.
Place pork on a wire rack in a shallow baking pan. Roast for 25 minutes, until about 155 degrees inside. Remove and wrap with foil for 10 minutes - internal temperature will continue to increase.
